Keeps getting logout of the account when editing a form.

Temos uma conta chamada formularios@remasa.com.br, e quando estou editando algum formulário ele fica saindo para a tela de login e senha toda hora, impossibilitando as manutenções no formulários que preciso.

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Could you please confirm if there are multiple users logging in to the account? Usually, log-in sessions are valid for at least 2 hours and the session shouldn't be logged out frequently. Can you confirm that you're not switching networks/Wi-Fi or switching between VPNs while on Jotform? Can you check if this happens on chrome too?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, this goes against our Terms of Use. As soon as the system detected multiple logins from different location, it logs out you out of the account. If you want to add multiple users to your Jotform account, I would suggest checking out Jotform Enterprise. You could also check out Form Collaboration.
