Boa tarde, efetuel o pagamento do plano mensal de 25 formularios, porem ainda não tenho acesso a criação.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Since you've already paid for an upgrade and didn't see your forms. You might be logged in on a different account, as this account doesn't have subscription on it and only has 5 forms on it. Please try to log in to your other account.
