Como crio tabelas prontas para o cliente apenas selecionar a que ele quer

Eu preciso de um seletor de tabelas.

Exemplo: tenho 3 tabelas já criadas, com as informações escritas e quero que meu cliente selecione no formulário uma dessas tabelas. Consigo fazer isso?

Eu tenho uma empresa que vende determinadas taxas com o produto, eu quero deixar tabelas prontas no formulário, para o cliente apenas selecionar qual das tabelas (que contem as taxas selecionadas) ele vai querer comprar.

Now, let me help you with your question. I have checked your form and found that you have many photos added as tables to select from. In case you need to have your users select from Images, I suggest you use the Product List and update the images of each product with the photo you need. This way, the users will be able to open the full photo and select their preferences. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

But, if you need to use the Input Table Element as shared in your question. You can simply change the fields of the table to a Dropdown or other type of Input as shown below:
