How to restore the deleted form?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can restore the deleted form. Your form can be restored within 30 days from the day, you deleted it. Let me show you how to restore the deleted form:

• While you are in your Jotform Dashboard, scroll all the way down at the bottom of the page.
• Click on the Trash Folder from the left side of the panel.

• Select the form you wish to restore. Hover your cursor on it. Select the Restore option. That's it.

As you can see in the screenshot, it is just an example. This is how you can restore it. If you deleted your form accidentally more than 30 days ago, then unfortunately you can not restore it. After 30 days, it gets deleted permanently. Here is the guide with more in details.
