Form Warnings: The translated warning message is not working.

Meu formulário esta com as informações sobre os campos em Inglês, vejam o print abaixo

Exemplo "This field is required", verifiquei as configurações e elas me pareceram corretas, e também eu não realizei nenhuma alteração nesta parte do formulário

I'm not sure if I understand your question clearly. Can you give us a bit more information about the error prompted on your screenshot? The error prompts because the field is set to Required.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

The problem is the language, the error is in English, and my form is in Portuguese (Pt-Br), I need the error information to come in Portuguese

Thanks for getting back to us. You can update the error message via the Form Warning under Form Settings. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Click the Edit button on the right side of Form Warnings.
4. Update the error messages.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Eu sei aonde as informações devem ser editadas, mas poxa uma solicitação tão simples, vocês não tiveram a curiosidade de olhar o meu formulario?

Vejam o print esta correto, porem não é o que aparece no meu formulário.

Thanks for the screenshot. I do apologize for this, but I did review your form and unfortunately, on my end it was in English. Since the issue still persists after you have updated the Form Warning message. I have gone ahead and escalated this to our Developer Team. Once updates are available, we will notify you via this thread.

I didn't make any updates, I didn't change the settings, I need this information in the correct language for my form.

If this requires an evaluation from the developers, I would like a deadline for this return.

Jotform Support is always so quick and accurate, I don't understand the complexity of such a situation.

No need to bother your developers, I already solved the problem,

I'm sorry to say this, but I got the feeling that you didn't bother trying to find a solution, you simply looked and didn't do anything, but that's okay, the other analysts on the Jotform team have always helped me, I hope that next time By treating our solution, you will be more pro-active in resolving the situation and helping your customers
