How to prevent mutiple submission using the uniue field?

Gostaria de saber se consigo criar um campo de verificação exemplo:

Vou criar um novo formulário para inscrições dos nossos novos residentes, porém cada pessoa pode escolher apenas 1 especialidade, mas vários alunos acabam realizando várias inscrições porém existe 1 taxa para realizar a matrícula.

a minha pergunta seria consigo criar um campo exemplo: CPF ou de outra informação que quando realizado a matrícula não permite realizar uma nova inscrição, pois já consta o dade no formulário?

Now, let me help you with your question. To prevent multiple submissions, you can set your form's unique field to an email address. So, if the same student tries to submit your form a second time using the same email address, it will show an error of 'Sorry, only one entry is allowed'. Let me show you how you can set email for the unique field:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings, and then click on Show More Options.
3. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select email for the Unique Field option. That's it.
