    Please try Clearing your Browser's Cache and Cookies. If the problem is the same, you can try using another browser to see if it is any different.

    I tried using mobile data, but that didn't work either. I think asking you to do it is bad because there is a lot that I still need to add, the process would take too long.
    Wouldn't there be a way to create another form and copy all the information from the one already created?

    Hi fernandofianchi10,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Since we are unable to reproduce the issue using the cloned version of the form as seen in the previously provided screencast, we were getting your permission to add only one element to your form as a test to see if the issue can be replicated on our end.

    But, if you decide not to approve it, there is a way to Clone your Existing Form so you can test if the problem is the same on the cloned form. Let me show you how:

    1. First, copy the URL of the form that you want to clone.
    2. Then, go to My Forms and select Create Form in the upper-left corner.
    3. Next, click on Import Form, select From a Web page, and then paste the Form URL of the form you want to clone in the URL field.
    4. Lastly, click on Create Form. That's it.

    Thanks for getting back to us. When I opened your form I saw that you have already reached the maximum number of Form elements you can add in your form which is 100. For this reason, adding a form element is no longer an option.

    Can you tell us which field are you trying to modify so we can check it? ALso, can you try logging out from your account and then logging back in to see if it is any different?
