Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with the form being filled out on mobile devices. My apologies as well if I responded in a different language. Our Portuguese support is currently engaged with another support ticket. I am using a translator tool, please respond in your convenient language. I’ll do my best to help you out.
As per checking your account, you have a total of 27 forms created. Can you share with us the URL or the title of the form that the issue happened recently? Please tell us what misconfigured are you seeing on the forms when viewed on mobile devices. Also, are you using the Jotform Mobile App or you are opening the form on mobile phone browsers?
It would allow us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
