Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the status of your account and see that it is Overlimit. Since your account is on the Starter plan, your Form Views are limited to 1,000, and you've already reached that limit with 1,105. For you to activate your account, you'll need to wait until the 1st of the following month or upgrade your account to increase your limit.
