    Tem algum outro método de contato? E porque aqui é bastante chato.

    Eu gostaria de adquirir um plano pois estou trabalhando em um App e gostaria de renove a marca da Jotform do app

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Our support is only available through email and chat. If you prefer to have a chat to one of our support, you can initiate a live chat with an agent, simply follow these easy steps:

    Step 1: Go to Jotform's website and click on the “Support” button located on the top right-hand corner of the page.

    Step 2: On the Support page, scroll down to the “Contact Us” section and click on the “Live Chat” button.

    Step 3: A chat box will pop up on your screen, and you'll be connected with a live agent from Jotform's support team.

    If it is not there, it means there's high traffic and the live chat is temporarily unavailable.

    As for purchasing a plan, any paid plans can remove the Jotform branding on your created App. Once you have subscribed to a paid plan, you can follow this guide to remove the branding.
