Google Sheets Integration: Responses are loaded in the Title/Header of Spreadsheet

Olá,

Várias respostas do formulário "Pré-cadastro na Plataforma Onda Verde" estão sendo carregadas na linha de título dos campos. Com isso, muitas respostas não computadas e a planilha fica completamente bagunçada.

Poderiam verificar, por favor?

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned and tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue, however, the form is working as it should. The responses are not loaded on the Header of the spreadsheet. Take a look at the screencast below:

thank you for the reply. However, this behaviour does not happen everytime, its quite random. It happened with around 10 submissions, I dont know what triggers it. I've redone the integration and I'll let you know if it happens again.
