    bom dia!

Segue link do vídeo do App demonstrando.

    Hi Adriano,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand how difficult and stressful this is. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for it. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and help you with a solution.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Adriano,

Thanks for getting back to us with additional information. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. As you may know, the Spreadsheet for Form widget allows you to upload an external spreadsheet to your form and use the spreadsheet values to prepopulate your form, values that are automatically populated when the column headings match your form field labels.

When I checked your form 232575334081656, I noticed that you did upload a file, but you didn't use the code to pull the data from the uploaded file in the screencast that you shared. You can access that specific row when it matches the unique code entered on the form by using a unique code present on each row of your spreadsheet. If the unique code isn't working, try removing the file and re-uploading it to see if that makes a difference. Check out the steps in the screenshot below:

Additionally, when using the Spreadsheet for Form widget, please keep the following limitations in mind:

    • The widget requires XLS or XLSX files; it won’t accept any other format.
    • The unique code on your sheet doesn’t necessarily need to be in the first column. You can place it anywhere as long as you configure the widget with the respective column index (more on this later).
    • The unique code is case-sensitive.
    • The column names on your sheet should match the field labels on your form.

You can also check out this guide to learn how to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
