Interactions between forms

Bom dia,

Estou fazendo um App, onde tenho 2 formulários e 2 tabelas:

1- O formulário A, é o formulário de Cadastro dos usuários e a tabela A, é onde eles ficam armazenados.

2- O formulário B, é onde será registrada uma atividade única por diária de um determinado usuário que está cadastrado no Formulário A e salvo na Planilha A, para posteriormente salvar este registro de atividade diária na planilha B.

Fiz os testes efetuando os registros manuais e obtive sucesso nas duas planilhas.

Porém, quero criar uma caixa de opção no Formulário B, (Formulário de Registros Diários) com os usuários cadastrados no Formulário A e salvos na planilha A, é possível? Como posso fazer se for possível?

Outra dúvida é se nos botões é possível eu adicionar um som de interação de minha escolha?

Se sim, como faço?

Now, let me help you with your question. As per my understanding, you have created an app that has two forms, and you wish to create an option in your Daily Record Form that records the entries of the user registered in Form A and gets saved in Spreadsheet A. Is that right? You can try to Spreadsheet to Form Widget and see if that helps you achieve your results.

There is an option in the Jotform Table, you can get data from the other forms. Here is the link for more information.

Unfortunately, there is no option to add the interaction sounds to the buttons. But, if you want to add can add the music using these widgets.
