How can I access my client's answers?

Criei um aplicativo de Anamnese Nutricional, passei esse aplicativo para meus pacientes, mas não sei como faço para eu ter acesso as respostas deles.

Now, let me help you with your question. I can see you have a form created with its name, however, I noticed you don't have submissions on this form. Here you have a guide about how to view your form submissions.

In case you're referring to an App that you have created on Jotform App Builder, you can also see these app submissions easily. Let me show you how:

• Go to the My Apps page and hover over the apps created to see the Submission option. This will appear as “Order” if the app has a product list element.
• Once you click this option, you will be redirected to a table with the submission data.
