    Prezados, recentemente fiz a tradução de um formulário para inglês e ele desapareceu das traduções.
    Preciso que verifiquem o que houve.
    A única mudança feita foi tentar mudar a bandeira de Portugues Portugal para Brasil, porém, depois disso não encontro mais o formulário em Inglês UK.
    Aguardo ajuda.

    I've reviewed the older versions of your form, but I couldn't locate the English translation. You mentioned that the translation disappeared after making changes to the displayed flag. Could you please describe the steps you took to make this change? This will help us better understand the issue and what might have caused it.

    No problem, I can write in English. I only wrote in Portuguese because the entire interface was in Portuguese, and I didn't find anything indicating that I should write in English. However, I write in English for other support services.

    Moving on to the problem: I am a developer, and I believe that Jotform has a bug or, at the very least, a security flaw when associating a translated language with the main language configured in the form. As such, if one clicks on the [x] of the default language (as per the image), it deletes, without any confirmation from the user, the translated content in the other language.

    In my case, I had Portuguese as the form's language, and I added English UK. When I changed the Portuguese language to Brazilian Portuguese (so that my flag would appear correctly), it simply deleted the entire translation that I spent hours working on for the English language. We have a presentation of this form tomorrow, and I would need you to somehow retrieve my translation. I looked in the trash, I checked the log list... I couldn't find it anywhere. I find Jotform to be an excellent tool, but this flaw has me worried.

    H Pedro,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We have a Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version. Let me show you how to use it:

    1. At the top of the Form Builder page, click on the Timestamp under the title of the Form to open the Revision History.
    2. Choose the version you want to restore the form to in the menu on the right side of the page.
    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you want to revert it to. That’s it.

    Hi Waqas,
    I tried to revert but it doesn't revert the translations that were in the English (UK) form. I need to go back to a version of this form before modifying the language from Portuguese to Portuguese (Brazil) because that was when Jotform removed the English (UK) language. Can you do it? I can't manage to... I revert to another version, the languages appear on the bar, but the English translations do not appear on the form.

    Hi Waqas,
    It was last night when I changed the language of my form to Portuguese Brazil because it was in Portuguese Portugal. After that, Jotform deleted the English UK language and I couldn't reverse it. I spoke with support through chat just now and they told me that it is a Jotform bug and there is no way to retrieve my translations.     Hello, it was not possible to retrieve the language with the version rollbacks as you suggested. When we accessed the computer that produced these translations, they were still showing up (cache). However, after being saved again on the translation page, the "English UK" item was no longer listed. We had to redo everything. What we suggest to you is that when one is removed from the main form (e.g. Portuguese), the other languages should remain, or at least the rollback version button should work, which is not happening.

    Now I've identified another problem: all the conditions have disappeared from our form.
    We are on a tight deadline, we had to redo the entire translation, and now what happens with the conditions? We need help because we are unsure about using the platform.

    There's one we created again today, however, about 10 conditions disappeared.

    We find the platform very good, but these incidents make us feel insecure.

    Thanks for getting back to us. As per the missing translation, have you clicked on the X mark on the translation before the translations disappeared? If yes, please note that it will delete the translations of the form. I answered your other question on a new thread. You can go ahead and check that out here.
