Subscription payment error using PayPal

    Boa tarde,

    Estou tendo problemas no pagamento da assinatura Bronze, conforme abaixo na imagem.

    Ao inserir os dados, e realizar a transação pelo PayPal, consta o erro abaixo. Gostaria de ajuda para entender quais dados estão dando erro e o que posso fazer para corrigir.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I just heard from the billing team, and they said that the bank refused the payment, which is why you had an error subscribing to our Jotform discipline. You can go ahead and upgrade to our Jotform subscription again at any time. If you need more assistance, I'll be happy to help.
