Refund from a closed/deleted account

    Fechei uma conta com 26 reais lá, como não consigo logar novamente por ter fechado, gostaria de saber se recebo reembolso do meu dinheiro. E em quanto tempo vou receber?

    Can you share with us the email address of the Jotform account that you had? Also, when you mentioned closing the account, does that mean canceling the subscription or deleting the Jotform account? Please be informed that it will take 30 days for an account to be totally purged from your system. This means if you deleted the account recently, you can still access it. You can try to reset the password of the account to regain access, here is our guide on how to reset your Jotform password.
