Now, let me help you with your question. When you subscribe to our Jotform subscription, your monthly limits will increase. For example, from the starter plan, 100 monthly submissions, 100MB upload storage space, 10 payments, and 10 sign documents to the bronze plan, 1000 monthly submissions, 1GB upload storage space, 100 monthly payments, and 100 monthly sign documents You can check out our Jotform subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your account will go back to the starter plan's monthly limits.

Thanks for getting back to us. Rest assured that your existing forms and submissions will remain on your account even after downgrading your subscription. However, please note that moving forward once the account has been downgraded, the limitations with Free accounts will apply such as 100 MB of Total Upload space and 100 Monthly Submissions.
