Embedded report does not load on mobile devices

Olá, estou tentando incorporar o relatório abaixo no meu site:

Porém na versão mobile a mensagem abaixo é exibida e o relatório não carrega.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To share the submission data you will need to set the permission to the public from your account settings. I'll walk you through the settings:

• Hover your mouse over your Avatar on the right side of the screen.
• In the dropdown list that appears, click on Settings, or alternatively, click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
• On the Security tab, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Submissions.

Now, it won't be necessary to log in to view the submission data.
