verificar diploma

Boa tarde

gostaria de saber se tem alguma forma de oferecer um serviço de verificação de diploma para o aluno

Ex. O aluno recebeu o diploma, posteriormente ele precisa acessar este diploma de forma digital. é possivel?

Quando aluno informar o cpf dele, o formulário buscaria esta informação do diploma e exibiria para o aluno. pode ser ate exibindo como pdf

Now, let me help you with your question. Would you like to attach a PDF file to your autoresponder so that the user receives a copy of their diploma as well? If so, you can attach form submissions as PDF files to Notification Emails. Let me walk you through it:

• First, if you don't have any PDF documents yet, you'll need to create one. Just click on the Tools menu in the left top corner and click on PDF Editor.
• Enter a name for the document and choose a layout.
• Now, click on Create.

• After creating it, go back to Form Builder and click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar.
• Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
• Hover over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Toggle PDF Attachment to the On position, and choose the PDF file you created.
• Now, just scroll down the page, click on Save, and you're done.

Boa noite não seria criar pdf

Observe o modelo abaixo, preciso que funcione assim, eu tenho o pdf de um certificado e quero que o aluno consulte e tenha acesso a seu certificado. No caso seria ele digita o cof e o certificado aparece pra ele, para consula e impressão do mesmo.

Thanks for getting back to us. Just to make sure we're on the same page, do you want the students to be able to download their diplomas by searching in your form by typing their COF? If so, unfortunately, this is not possible. Smart PDF Forms can get data from users by entering their information and it will fill the PDF once they submit it. We currently don't have a way to upload multiple PDFs so that the user will be able to search for their file to download.
