Error 404 when trying to open attachments

    Olá,

    criei um formulário (232223806683052), onde é possível anexar arquivos para envio ao Freshdesk, lá é aberto um ticket com os dados do formulário e os anexos vão como links, mas ao tentar acessar um desses links é exibida uma mensagem de erro 404.

    Gostaria de saber o motivo e como evitar que isso aconteça.

    Now, let me help you with your issue. Please check the settings of your account and make sure that the Require log-in to view upload files is unchecked. Let me show you how:

    • Go to the My Forms page.
    • Hover on your Avatar and click on Settings.
    • In the list that appears hover your mouse to Security and confirm that the Require log-in to view uploaded files is unchecked.
