Cancel Subscription and refund request

    Hoje debitou a fatura no meu cartão, mas fiz o downgrade, pois não posso pagar esse valor agora, e nem vou usar as funcionalidades.
    Podem cancelar e estornar o valor por favor?

To request a refund for your latest invoice, kindly open this link and fill out the form. After the investigation of your request, you will receive an e-mail regarding the result.
