Teria algum campo que posso utlizar exclusivo para o CPF?

Pois nossos pacientes informam a quantidade errada de dígitos e não conseguimos finalizar o cadastro.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, we don't have a feature that can be used exclusively for the CPF. But you may want to take a look at this form. This was made by our support member before, based on the federal revenue algorithm. You're welcome to clone the form and test it.
