Now, let me help you with your question. Our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, only one login session can exist at a time. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.
But, you can Form Collaborate under the standard plan. Form Collaboration offers a real-time, seamless experience where multiple team members can simultaneously work on the same form. All changes are automatically uploaded, so you always edit the most current version. Let me show you how:
- On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
- In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and send it to the person you want to have access to the form. That's it.
