    Bom dia, tudo bem?

Seria possível colocar um campo para inserir imagem no meu formulário.

Exemplo: a pessoa que vai realizar o preenchimento dos campos no final adicionar uma imagem?

    Atenciosamente, Anderson.

    Hi Anderson,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Sure, you can allow the form respondents to upload an image to your form. You just need to add the File Upload element into your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to File Upload, and drag and drop a File Upload element to your form.

    3. Select your File Upload’s Gear icon to open properties.
    4. Under the Options tab, set your desired file size limit and allowed file types.

    5. Under the Multiple tab, you can turn on the switch and enter your allowed number of files.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
