Can't send the form URL to the user

Boa tarde, pessoal! Tudo bem?

Estou com um problemas de acesso.

Sempre consegui encaminhar o link da ficha para direcionar a pessoa que iria responder o formulário. Atualmente não estou mais conseguindo enviar esse acesso e gostaria de continuar fazendo a atribuição fora do jotform, enviando o link do formulário por whatsapp, por exemplo.

Poderiam me ajudar?

Now, let me help you with your question. You can easily share your form's URL to your users by copying the URL and pasting it to a WhatsApp window. This page will show you how to get your form's URL.

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish.
2. Click the Copy Link button.
