Now, let me help you with your question. We can update your username for you. Please provide at least 3 possible usernames in order of preference. If the first one is available, we'll change your username immediately. Jotform usernames can only contain Alphanumeric characters and underscore '_'.

Also, note that if you are using a custom URL for your form, it will no longer work since the username has been changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
