Olá pessoal bom dia,
Seguinte, os professores estão relatando problemas para baixar as aulas do aplicativo. Eles reportaram que ou não é possível fazer o download ou quando faz o PDF fica em branco.
Juntamente com isto, nós estamos tendo um problema com ALGUNS relatórios recebidos pelo email. As vezes eles não vem com o PDF, ou o PDF vem em branco ou pela metade e com erros, impossibilitando visualizar os arquivos que foram subidos por upload no final.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The PDF is not blank and format is not disorganized. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
By creating and deleting the previous Document, it will update the old PDF attachment. Rest assured, this will not delete or affect the previous submissions. It will simply update the PDF attachment.
- In PDF Editor click +New PDF and select New PDF Document.
- Go back to the previous PDF tab and click the Three Dots icon and choose Delete.
- Click on the Yes, Delete button.
You can test this one out to one of the Notifications first, you can keep the original PDF Document and follow the steps above on how to create a new PDF document and rename it and attach it to one of the notifications and see if the PDF would show either a blank page or overlapped answers.
To include PDF reports in your email notification.
- In the Form Builder page, click Settings.
- In the Settings tab, click Emails.
- Hover your mouse over the Notification and click the Pencil icon.
- Go to the Advance tab and enable the Attach PDF option and select the customized PDF report.
- Lastly, click Save.
Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
