    Quando eu tento responder um formulário da minha conta aparece que eu atingi o limite de cota, contudo, ao ir até a página de "uso" está tudo dentro da normalizadade.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that your account is disabled due to over limit. But, when I checked your Usage Limit, I saw that you have cleared your submissions and freed up some space so I reactivated your account. You should be able to send a submission now.
