Unable to locate created forms

Fizemos um teste e criamos 2 formulários, mas não estou conseguindo localizar, conseguem me auxiliar e como podemos validar a plataforma para seguirmos com os próximos passos.

You can find this form on your All Forms page. If this is not the form you are looking for, do you have the form URL of the forms in question so we can try and locate it?
