How can I use the free plan of Jotform?

    Boa tarde equipe, infelizmente não poderemos fazer o pagamento mensal para seus serviços por enquanto, assim que o negocio prospere, vamos contratar... pois gostamos muito... agora como podemos fazer para continuar utilizando a versão gratuita?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and can see that your account is under starter plan which is for free. You can keep using your account as starter plan and upgrade your account anytime. However, for starter plan, I would suggest to visit this guide to understand more about our account usage and limits. You can see the account usage and limits based on the plan you have on the pricing page.

    Hi Kim, thanks for your response. My name is Jesica, I am doing the digital organization of several real estate listings in Búzios, and I am creating users in jotform to make the property files. The idea is in the future to create a single paid user for myself to offer that service to real estate companies. currently none of them are willing to pay for the jotform plan since it is expensive for them to pay individually. Regarding this dianapazimóveis account, I have already reached the free limit, and I would like to know how I can free up space so I can continue using the free plan. I'm not finding the place where it says space used. I'm also not sure if we can use 100 MB per month or in total. Thank you so much.

    Hi Diana,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. You can free up your upload space by deleting submissions with file upload in it. You have to delete it from the trashed entries too. Also, if you need a copy of the submissions, you can download all the submissions data before deleting it. You can visit this guide to understand more about Jotform's account usage and limits.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm sorry you're having issues with this. I have recalculated your upload limits and cleared your form caches. You can also clear your browser's cache. Can you please check again to see if the issue is resolved?
