Boa tarde, Meu formulário foi excluído, (Não realizei a exclusão) e preciso das respostas dele.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your concern. I checked your account and the form is still there but it's placed on your My Teams section, not on your All Forms folder. On your My Forms page, just click your team and you should see the form there. Sample screenshots below:

If you want to move the form back to your My Forms section, just select the form and then click the 'Move to My Forms' button just above it
