Boa noite, tudo bem?
Gostaríamos de saber se é possível voltar registros que foram excluídos por causa da configuração de exclusão após 30 dias.
Temos um impacto grande hoje na operação já que todos os anexos sumiram, anexos enviados pelo Jotform.
Segue a tela de uma reclamação em anexo.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Submissions that are in the Trashed entries will only stay for 30 days only. The deleted data will be automatically permanently deleted or purged after 30 days. Unfortunately, if the submission entries you're looking for have been deleted permanently, we don't have a way to recover that data. If your form has a Notification Email set up, you can try looking through your emails for the purged submission entries.
