Gostaria de saber se eu poderia patentear o aplicativo que criei no Jotform. Apesar de simples, contém muitos dados úteis para preenchimento rápido de formulários que servem não apenas para onde trabalho, mas para outras entidades da Administração Pública.

Algumas pessoas fizeram patenteamento do Aplicativo ou da ideia em si?
