Now, let me help you. As requested, I successfully cleared your form cache. I also noticed that your form is currently tagged as Overlimit. I looked at your form limitations and found that you were not exceeding any of them, therefore I reinstated your account so you should access your account now without getting any issues. Also, you can clear your form cache from your account settings. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
