Usei o serviço uma única vez e renovou automaticamente. Não quero mais usar, podem cancelar e devolver o meu dinheiro. Não quero ter de processar vocês, mas farei em caso de que a coisa não se resolva até amanhã.
P.S. notei que a forma de cancelamento induz ao erro do usuário, recomendo que verifiquem isso, pois é algo que deve ser fácil e intuitivo.

Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and it was already scheduled to downgrade to Starter on 10th October 2023. The procedure you made to stop the subscription was successfully registered and applied. Your subscription was planned to end after this period of time but, I've downgraded it immediately and issued a refund of $39.00 for your last Bronze subscription. Your account is now downgraded to Starter (free) and the auto-renewal has been stopped. You'll receive the refund on your payment method within 5-7 business days.
