    Now, let me help you with your concern. I checked your account and you already canceled your subscription. The subscription will no longer be billed on the Next Billing Date and the account will still remain on paid status (Silver) for the period you paid for. The subscription will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) Plan on the date of its subscription expiration, September 22, 2023. This will stop the auto-renewal of your payment and will remove your card on file.
