Boa noite,
tive de entrar poe ssa conta para consiguir contato com voces.
Não consigo acesso ao sistema pela conta que tenho referente ao email relatorio.operacional@gruposoeasy.com.br, já realizei a troca da senha porém nao consigo acesso.
tudo isso ocorreu quando de fato a quantidade de upload foi completo, fato que voces informam que seria mensal, alem do mais, após baixar alguns arquivos, realizei a limpeza dando assim mais espaços e não foi estabelecido os espaços.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked your account I saw that your current upload space usage is 10.16 GB which is over your account limit of 10 GB. Also, note that the upload space limit is your total storage usage and it won't be refreshed every month like the total monthly submissions. If I understand it correctly, you have downloaded some submissions and deleted but it doesn't seem to free up the upload space. This is because the deleted submissions are still on the trashed entries that are still holding up the uploaded files. You'll need to purge those deleted entries from the trash. Let me show you how to do that:
1. Go to your My Forms page, and select the form.
2. Click on Submissions at the top.
3. Click on the three dots icon on the table's tab.
4. Select the Trashed entries.
5. In the Trash pane on the right, use the Select All box to purge all deleted entries or select individually.
6. Click Delete Forever in the upper-right corner of the pane.
7. Lastly, click Delete from the confirmation dialog box.
That's it. You can also check out this guide on how to delete trashed entries. You can check your upload space usage by clicking the account avatar, and clicking the dropdown arrow that says View All.
Once it's below the upload space limit, let us know so we can refresh your account status.

I am currently using a translation to provide assistance, but if you want to get assistance in Portuguese language, we can forward your request to our Portuguese Support Team, but please note that it may take longer to receive a response.
I have checked account is active and working fine. If you have access to the email address you can reset the account password. Here are the steps:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password.
4. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

Thanks for the screenshots. That made the issue much clearer. I could see that you have reset your password by checking our email logs. Can you try to use the username "gruposoeasy" instead to see how it goes? I have also flushed your login attempts so you won't be locked out from logging into the account.

ja tentei por diversas vezes e continua informando a mesma mensagem, estou com problemas ate mesmo no administrativo dos meus colaboradores por motivos de não conseguir acessar, peço por gentileza uma melhor atuação de todos para resolver meu problema, nao consigo entrar no notebook, porem no celular sim mas não tenho todos os processos a serem realizados, estou tentando apagar upload para resolver o problema e nao consigo, meus serviços estao atrasados, aguardo um empenha melhor de voces para resolver.

I tried whitelisting your IP, can you please try to clear your browser cache, connect to a different network, and use different browsers like incognito/private before logging in? If the issue persists, please send a screenshot of your console report. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with the solution.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account, and it appears that you are nearing the end of your submissions. Could you please delete your form submissions? Please try to download your submissions as a backup before deleting them. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
