Now, let me help you with your question. We've successfully moved your form to the account with the username ademilfilho. Please note that if you're using a custom URL for the form, it will no longer work due to a change in ownership. It will change since they are linked to the username. Keep in mind that forms that have custom URLs need to be updated with the new account username after we transfer the forms.
