Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and there are no indicators that you reached any limit, but as I tested your forms, I ran into the same issue. After I deleted the form caches in your account, everything worked as it should. Let me show you how to clear the form caches:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
