geracao pdf ao preencher formulario

ola bom dia

criei um formulario com o objetivo de gerar propostas para clientes de acordo com condicoes informadas no formulario

estou com 4 dificuldades.

1. campos calculados ( usando campo masked ), estao apresentando valores divididos por 100 ( preciso multiplicar por 100 para mostrar o valor correto na formula
2. a ultima pagina defini que seria o resultado de todo preenchimento e formato a proposta com os conteudos preenchidos. porem os campos de valores apresentados nao consigo formata-los
3. como faco para gerar um pdf apenas da ultima pagina (que representa a proposta final )
4. nesta ultima pagina que é a proposta, alguns campos textos sao ocultados porem quando gera o pdf aparecem todos. como nao exibir estes da ultima campos no pdf?

Thanks for patiently waiting. I've got an update on your request. Here is what I found when I tested the cloned version of your form:

1 I noted you are using the masked field, but I could not replicate an issue when I entered the numbers. When I selected the sismulti option under the desired platform, I did not find an issue. Can you please share with us the screenshot of the field that gives you the value divided by 100? So, we can check it again for you.

2 Is this the value and page to which you are referring? I saw you used Show/Hide conditions on the last page.

3 It will not be possible to just generate the PDF of the last page. When you click on Print, it will redirect you to the Print option, where your whole form will load. You can manually select the last page, but it is not possible to print only the last page automatically.

4 When I tried to generate the PDF and clicked on the Print option, I could not find the hidden text. Can you please share with us the screenshot you are seeing from your end when you test your form? Here is the screencast on the cloned version of your form:
