Nome no pdf

como fazer para exibir o nome da pessoa que preencheu o formulário no pdf, porque quando vamos fazer o download do formulario só aparece o email , dá pra exibir o nome completo de quem preencheu o formulario?

Now, let me help you with your question. Sure, you can change which form field entry will be shown on a PDF document file name, but you’ll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform instead of the Jotform Mobile App. It's easy, let me show you how:

• On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form you want to edit.
• Left-click on More and then under the Data column, click on Open PDF Editor.
  
• On the PDF Editor page, click on the Gear icon on the right to open the settings.
  
• On the PDF Settings on the right, click on the pencil icon on the right of the PDF File Name section and select the Name Field.

Now, let me help you with your question. I have cloned your form and tested it on my end, When I downloaded the submission PDF from the PDF Editor I can replicate the issue. I noticed you manually added the field ID. You need to select the fields from the Add field option then it will work. You can check the screencast below:

Go to the PDF Editor, click the gear icon on the right side

Under PDF File Name, click the edit pencil icon

Click on the Form Fields button and select the field

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
