Now, let me help you with your question. If you are in the Starter Plan, you have 100 regular submissions per month and 10 submissions for Payment Forms and Sign Documents. If one of them is reached, your forms will be disabled. You can check our Pricing Page to know more about the Plans and their usage limit and you can check our guide about Understanding your Account Usage Limits for more details.

Hi Patricia,

Yes, the starter plan can receive up to 100 monthly form submissions. This limit resets every first of each month. We also have a guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that describes what each limit means on the Pricing page.
