How to clear Upload Space?

Meu espaço para upload esta no limite, gostaria de saber o pq ele não reduz, ja que eu transferi dados e relatorios para meu pc.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your concern. I've checked your account and can see that you currently have 10.04 GB of Uploads in your account. To clear your Upload Space, please delete the submissions that have file uploads on them. If the submission has been deleted on your Jotform Tables, please do not forget to delete them on the Trashed Entries as well. Let me show you how:

• Go to your Jotform Tables by clicking the Form Builder menu beside the Jotform logo.
• On the Jotform Tables, click the three dots beside the tab name and select Trashed Entries.

• Select All submissions then click Delete Forever.

Já realizei o que informaram porem não foi baixou a quawntidade upload

voces estão empurrando uma compra casada proibida aqui no brasil, vou informar aos orgãos competentes do consumidor sobre o ocorrido, não existe atualizações a serem feitas após a exlusão.

Thanks for getting back to us. I have recalculated your upload space, and it appears that you have used 1.10GB out of the 10GB limit. You can delete file attachments or submissions from your form if you still want to reduce this number.
