PDF Form: Downloaded file gives 404 Error

    depois que faço o Download de um formulario em pdf o arquivo anexado a ele não abre, dá o erro 404

    Now, let me help you with your question. That error prompt may be due to the restriction on your account. I recommend that you go to your account's security settings and uncheck the box for Require log-in to view uploaded files. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to My Forms page.
    2. Hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

    3. Select Security on the left.
    4. Uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files option under the Privacy section.
