    Now, let me help you with your question. Our apologies for the inconvenience that you are having. I have checked the status of your Jotform account and saw that it was suspended due to the Jotform system detecting one of your forms has fields of phishing. Please have a look at the Jotform's Terms and Conditions to avoid this happening again. For us to move on to reactivating your Jotform account, if there is proof that there are offending field/s on your form, we are getting your permission to delete those fields.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    I can't access my account, I upgraded to the bronze plan, and I can't access my forms and I can't even tell them, for the public the form appears as disabled!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these things above to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #5510186 as your subject and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.

    Thanks for sharing additional information about the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this suspension caused you. Upon checking, the card you used to purchase a subscription made your account suspended. Please ensure that the card you are using matches to the name of your Jotform account.

    I have gone ahead and activated your account again. Your form is back online and should work as expected. Do try to sign in to your Jotform account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
