Hi fabiotorres,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, this is possible by enabling the Calculation Values on the fields like Single Choice or Multiple Choice then adding a Form Calculation Widget to calculate the total value of each field. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element button on the left side of the page.
2. Add a Single Choice or Multiple Choice field to the form.3. Click the Gear icon of the fields and go to the Options tab.
4. Toggle the Calculation Values button to ON and enter a value on each of the answers.5. Go to the Widgets tab of the Form Element window and add the Form Calculation Widget.
6. Add the fields that you want to calculate. You can check out this guide on How to Perform Form Calculation Using a Widget.Once this is done, we will setup a Change Thank You Page condition that will show a specific Thank You Page based on the Total Calculated Score of the fields. Let's do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Condition on the left side of the screen.
3. Select Change "Thank You" Page.4. Customize the Thank You Page based on the user's score. You can check out this guide on How to Change Thank You Message Using Conditional Logic.
Check out the screencast below for the result:
That's it. You can clone this demo form if you want to test it. You can check out this guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
