Bom dia.
Os meus formulários estão desativados desde o dia 18/08, devido a ter atingido o limite de envios. Porém, pelo que entendi anteriormente, isso se renovaria no primeiro dia do mês seguinte, mas não ocorreu.
O que posso fazer para resolver isso?

Now, let me help you with your question. I have reviewed your account and forms and all your monthly account usage has already been reset and I was able to access all your forms without any issues.

I managed to reset the account cache and it was back to normal. Thanks.
