Thanks for waiting, we have received an update from our review team, We checked further, and actually, there is copyright logos added to your form, which do not affiliate with your business email domain as your account registered email is a free email provider email address.
In order to activate your account, we need to delete the forms with copyright logos, then we will be able to activate your account. Please confirm if is it okay to delete the forms with copyright logos.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
