Not Receiving Notification Emails

já é a 4 vez em 10 dias que dá esse problema.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Can you confirm if the notification emails are not delivered to all new submissions? I checked the email address used in the notification email and it is not in our bounce list. I also check the email logs and emails are sent out properly. 

You can view your form email history to check if the notification emails are sent or not. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

1. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
2. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
3. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
